Subscription Policy

Thank you for subscribing! Our pickle subscription is designed to provide convenient, recurring deliveries of your favorite pickles at a discounted subscription price.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

Subscription Pricing

Subscribers receive the discounted subscription price shown at the time of purchase. Your payment method will automatically be charged for each recurring shipment until your subscription is canceled or modified.

Prices are subject to change. If subscription pricing changes, you will be notified before your next billing cycle.

Promotions & Discounts

Our "Buy 3 Jars, Get 1 Jar Free" promotion applies only to one-time purchases and does not apply to subscription orders.

Subscription orders are already offered at a special recurring discount. Because of this:

  • The Buy 3 Get 1 Free promotion cannot be combined with subscription pricing.
  • Promotional offers, bundle discounts, coupon codes, and other limited-time sales may not apply to subscription orders unless expressly stated.
  • If both a subscription discount and another promotion are available, only the discount specifically designated for subscription purchases will apply.

Our subscription already includes exclusive subscriber pricing. Because of this, our Buy 3 Jars, Get 1 Free promotion is not valid on subscription orders.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew according to your selected delivery schedule unless canceled before your next billing date.

Managing Your Subscription

You may update, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account before your next scheduled renewal. Changes made after your order has been processed will apply to future shipments.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future recurring orders but will not affect orders that have already been processed or shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our food products, we generally cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work to make it right.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Changes will become effective once posted on this page.
