Why are OUR pickles so healthy to eat?


Our pickles are canned using a fermentation process. Which means just like a yogurt, our pickles produce natural probiotics, aka healthy bacteria. And probiotics are great for your gut health.


A fermentation process you say?

Fermented pickles or brined pickles undergo a curing process for several weeks in which fermentative bacteria produce acids necessary for the preservation process. These bacteria also generate flavor compounds that are associated with fermented pickles.
