Our Process
Brine
Our brine includes filtered water, white vinegar (4.5%) pickling salt and sugar. Our brines go great not only for pickles but also for specialty cocktails.
Vegetables
We source our Kosher vegan certified cucumbers from Mr. Pickle, located in Brooklyn New York.
During the summer season, we also source pickled vegetables from farms and various growers in Long Island, NY.

Our pickles have only all natural preservatives (salt and vinegar) that produce probiotics making it one of the healthiest pickles you'll ever eat. How they are made
Our process uses a cold brine. This means we do not use a traditional jarring process. Although our pickles do not last years in terms of shelf life, we compensate in terms of taste AND health benefits.
