  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

For the Garnish

🧑🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Boil the Eggs (12 Minutes)

  1. Add eggs to a saucepan and cover with cold water by about 1 inch.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Once boiling, cover, turn off heat, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Remove the eggs and immediately drop them into an ice bath. Let them cool completely before peeling.

Step 2: Peel & Prepare (10 Minutes)

  1. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise
  2. Remove the yolks and transfer them into a bowl.
  3. Arrange egg whites on a serving platter.

Step 3: Make the Filling (10 Minutes)

  1. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
  2. To the bowl, add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, finely chopped Spicy Garlic Dill pickles, pickle brine, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust as needed: adding more brine for extra tang and/or more pickles for texture.

Step 4: Assemble the Eggs (10 Minutes)

  1. Spoon or pipe the filling evenly into the egg whites.
  2. Top each egg with a sprinkle of paprika, chopped spicy pickles, and, if using, fresh dill from the jar and red pepper flakes.
